I forgot something at the hotel, what should I do?
You should contact the hotel (+351) 253 200 200 and arrange to be picked up.
How can I make special requests?
You can send an email (innside.braga@meliaportugal.com) requesting the order, which will be fulfilled subject to the hotel’s availability.

Yes, free of charge and open 24 hours a day for guests.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
Yes. Indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool is included in the premium rooms and suites and in the standard rooms you have to pay an extra supplement.
Does the hotel have a mobile app?

Is the app available on all devices?

Is it necessary to download the app?
No, access by QR Code.
In which languages is the app available?
In Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Do the rates include access to the pool?
Premium rooms and suites include access to the pool and standard rooms do not.

No, we don’t have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

We have a private car park with 30 spaces, which cannot be booked (subject to availability) and has an additional cost.

No, parking can only be guaranteed at check-in and will be subject to availability.
